What does membership cost?
Sitters' membership costs just £19.95 for 3 months. Once your membership has been charged, it will automatically renew every 3 months. There’s no obligation and you can cancel anytime, online or in the app.
What are the hourly rates?
All our approved sitters set their own hourly rates. The hourly rate for each sitter will be displayed on their profile in your account in the app. Rates are per hour, not per child. The hourly booking rate for a confirmed booking will always be show
What is a service fee?
The booking rate displayed to you on your booking confirmation is a combined rate that includes:. Your sitter's hourly rate: This fee is paid directly to your sitter for their childcare services. A service fee: This fee is paid directly to Sitters.co
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, there's no commitment and you can cancel your membership at any time via the Sitters app or online.
